WHY IT MATTERS:
The annual COMPAS anthology gives young writers the opportunity to see their words in print and share them with a public audience. The 2026 edition, Us Kids (We Know More Than They Think), celebrates young people as writers with ideas, experiences, and perspectives worth hearing now.

Previous COMPAS anthology celebrations have drawn hundreds of students, families, educators, and community members.

The event is free and open to the public.
