2025–2026 Anthology of Student Writing Celebration

Home • 2025–2026 Anthology of Student Writing Celebration

During the 2025–2026 school year, Minnesota students created thousands of poems, stories, songs, and Spoken-Word pieces with guidance from COMPAS Teaching Artists.

Each residency week, standout works were selected for this anthology. The students featured in Us Kids (We Know More Than They Think) turned sparks of ideas into powerful expressions of creativity.

Today you will hear some of this work in the students’ own voices.
